What Are You Thankful For?

“Start each day with a positive thought and a grateful heart.” ― Roy T. Bennett, The Light in the Heart

🗓️ As the year winds down, we find ourselves reflecting on the moments, people, life experiences, and opportunities that have shaped us and our time on this planet. Gratitude is a powerful state of being and a practice known to make people happier and healthier.

“Let us be grateful to the people who make us happy; they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom.”― Marcel Proust

📍Reflecting on the “good” around us, feeling thankful and grateful, and sharing gratitude with people around us is a powerful source for inspiration. There are many things we can be thankful for. You might be thinking of big things like a personal milestone, a professional achievement, or a recognition from others, to feel grateful for.

🔅 Being grateful can be as simple as being THANKFUL for little sparks of joy… the fresh breath you take, the wind that caresses your skin, the smell of a freshly baked bread, the rainbow emerging from the clouds, a random act of kindness from a stranger on the street…..

“As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.” ― John F. Kennedy

💠 Now I am inviting you to take a moment and ask yourself: What am I thankful for?

I’ll start: I am thankfulfor the opportunity to support others in discovering their potential and designing their life with meaningful inspiring actions while embracing the courage to change —it’s a privilege that inspires me every day.

"Silent gratitude isn't much use to anyone." Gertrude Stein

Share your thanks and appreciation for others by showing them how grateful you are and living by the values you stand for.

Now it’s your turn!

💧 Drop your gratitude in the comments below. Let’s initiate a chain of positivity together.
