📍Reflecting on the “good” around us, feeling thankful and grateful, and sharing gratitude with people around us is a powerful source for inspiration. There are many things we can be thankful for. You might be thinking of big things like a personal milestone, a professional achievement, or a recognition from others, to feel grateful for.
🔅 Being grateful can be as simple as being THANKFUL for little sparks of joy… the fresh breath you take, the wind that caresses your skin, the smell of a freshly baked bread, the rainbow emerging from the clouds, a random act of kindness from a stranger on the street…..
